Honestly i just think those are people who just made an NG account only to "see" A-rated content, as A-rated stuff need an account to be seen. Zone and derpixon do a lot of A-rated stuff too, hence why they get a lot of followers with weird name and no activity : they're only here for the A-rated stuff, and aren't interested in other stuff on Newgrounds. When they "saw" what they wanted, they never return, leaving their account behind.
NG is pretty serious on moderation.

It could be done, but I don't think they'd buy supporter and I doubt it would be worth the effort, the only thing that could make economical sense is spamming Takeover Tuesday I guess.
