I think its using bots, why do I say this, because she/he or idk, is followed by lots of accounts no older than days that buy newgrounds premium thingie.
But they're following people massively
As you can see, most of the accounts have random names, sometimes having a pfp, this time having a profile that looks almost like a normal profile, but nonetheless a bot
Curiously, both of the people I've seen doing this are porn artists...

Honestly i just think those are people who just made an NG account only to "see" A-rated content, as A-rated stuff need an account to be seen. Zone and derpixon do a lot of A-rated stuff too, hence why they get a lot of followers with weird name and no activity : they're only here for the A-rated stuff, and aren't interested in other stuff on Newgrounds. When they "saw" what they wanted, they never return, leaving their account behind.
NG is pretty serious on moderation.
